What does the coaching process look like?
The program is a three-month, 90-day accelerator structured in three intensive phases. It begins with a complete survey of your policy landscape, leading to a clear strategy. The process involves choosing a strategic track (like Public Funding or Policy Engagement) and culminates in a final Capstone Meeting. You leave with a complete, actionable 12-month government affairs execution plan.
What metrics do you focus on?
We focus on metrics that directly drive enterprise value. Our primary goal is demonstrating a clear ROI in policy wins and increasing business valuation by up to 30% (and as high as 50% for some sectors). We also track quantifiable wins, particularly non-dilutive funding secured.
Do you work with individuals or only leadership teams?
The core Accelerator is designed for founder-led businesses , and we offer multiple seats to train the in-house GA team. For larger Series B+ clients, we offer a Custom Retainer/Advisory service where Ally acts as a strategic advisor to the CEO and board.
How soon can I expect results?
